Must read

Apple has released watchOS 7.2 for all the users of Apple Watch Series 3 and above across the globe. The two noteworthy features of this software update are Apple’s new Fitness+ workout subscription service and cardio fitness notifications.
Speaking about the Apple Fitness+ service first, this is a new workout service that right now will come to only certain countries including the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Through this service, Apple Watch users will be able to opt for studio-style workouts on their iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV for 10 different workouts types across a range of durations, including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill (for running and walking), Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown.
Moving on to the cardio fitness notifications, the feature will allow users to view their cardio fitness level in the Health app on iPhone, and receive a notification on Apple Watch if it falls within the low range. Users will be able to see Cardio Fitness category in the Health app on iPhone to review whether their cardio fitness level is classified as high, above average, below average, or low, relative to people in their same age group and of the same sex.
