As per a render video posted by OnLeaks, the Galaxy S21 will feature a punch hole display or Infinity-O display and will house a quad camera setup at the back. The camera module protrudes like the S20 Ultra. The device may have a glossy finish. The ports and buttons are in its usual positions. The USB Type-C, speaker grille and mic at the bottom, the volume and power buttons on the right side. The sides of the display are slightly curved.
As far as hardware is concerned, Samsung will most likely use the flagship Snapdragon chipset with more RAM and storage options. In terms of software, the features are expected to be similar to the ones found on the new Galaxy Note 20 series.

The camera bump on the Ultra variant looks twice larger in comparison to the standard model. It is also said that the Ultra variant of the smartphone will include a wide and ultra-wide lens plus a telephoto or periscope lens. The flash will be included in the camera bump of the Ultra variant.
