Smartphone maker Nokia is planning to launch a new wireless Bluetooth solo earpiece called Buds Solo+. The earpiece has surfaced on the FCC certification site listing which reveals several details about the company’s upcoming earpiece including, name, images, functions and user manual and moreThe images were first posted by Droid News. Nokia is going with an old-school classic single earpiece design which you must have seen sometimes with business users or those who take lots of calls. It looks a lot similar to Nokia’s old single earpiece back from its glory days.
As far as design is concerned, the Buds Solo+ has a simple curved design with a massive multifunction button at the top along with an ear hook to keep the earpiece glued to the ear.
Apart from this, the earpiece will also feature volume rockers on the sides and a charging slot.
The earpiece carries a product code SB-201 and according to the user manual, the earpiece is likely to be called Nokia Buds Solo+.
The user manual talks about the controls and functions of the multifunction button at the top. According to the report, the earpiece will allow users to play/pause music or take/reject calls using a single tap on the multifunction button. It also has a couple of press and hold commands.
For now, the earpiece has just got FCC certification and the company is yet to officially announce the device, which we can expect to happen sometime soon.
