PUBG Mobile is still banned in India, with Krafton Inc trying hard to relaunch it in the country. The developments behind that remain unknown as of now, however, the company seems to have shifted its focus to another avenue. To recall, PUBG Corporation recently unveiled the trailer to its upcoming followup to the popular battle royale game, PUBG. However, the game trailer was meant for the PC version of the game, with no information revealed about the mobile version of the game. Now Krafton Inc, PUBG Corporation’s parent company has listed PUBG: New State on Google’s Play Store for pre-registration. However, take note, that the game is currently not available for pre-registration in India. According to the Google Play Store, the app is listed with the tag, “This item is not available in your country.” It is not known when the game will be made available globally, as the company is yet to announce the details. PUBG: New State is rated 16+ and will consist of in-app purchases according to the listing. This is the only app listed as of now inside of KRAFTON Inc’s developer tag. We could not find the app listing on Apple’s App Store.

What is PUBG: New State?

The listing consists of the PUBG: New State trailer along with multiple photos. The photos state that the game will be set in the near future of 2051 and that it will have next-gen graphics. According to the listing, the game will have minimum requirements of Android 6.0 or higher along with a minimum of 2.5GB of RAM.

The game will consist of the same dynamics as the original PUBG Mobile with 100 players jumping on to a battlefield and trying to become the last player standing. However, at the same time, it will feature modern elements like drones, combat rolls and more. The maps will have a size of 8×8 km.
