As already clear from the name of the Galaxy A72 smartphone, it is essentially the big-display variant of the Galaxy A52. However, there are some differences between the two.
First and foremost the display, the Galaxy A72 is likely to get a bigger 6.7-inch FHD+ display compared to 6.5-inch display on Galaxy A52.
Recent leaks and rumours also suggest that the smartphone will come with a 90Hz refresh rate panel.
Another major difference between the

Galaxy A72 will be in terms of battery. The Galaxy A72 is likely to be backed by a slightly bigger battery. Based on leaks and reports, it will feature a 5000mAh battery with fast charging support.
Rest everything from chipset, memory, storage, variants, camera specifications, etc are the same as the Galaxy A52.
The Galaxy A72 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor coupled with 6GB RAM. It is also expected to come in a 8G variant as well.
In terms of camera, the smartphone is expected to feature a quad-camera setup at the back comprising a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP depth sensor and another 5MP macro lens. A 32MP front camera is also likely to make its way to the smartphone.
The Galaxy A72 is likely to run on the company’s latest One UI 3.1 operating system based on Android 11.
