Twitter introduces paid subscription service: All the details

NEW DELHI: Earlier this month, it was reported that Twitter is thinking of introducing a paid subscription service loaded with exclusive features. The report also added that the company will name the service Twitter Blue.
Ending all the speculations and rumours, the social networking giant has now confirmed its paid subscription service. Called Twitter Blue, the company has listed the service on its iOS App Store page in the US and UK. The company has also mentioned that Twitter Blue will cost $2.29 per month in the US and 2.49 euros per month in the UK.
Apart from this, the company has not yet given any further details about the service. However, app researcher Jane Manchun Wong claims that she is the first paid user of the service. She also shared some screenshots of the service.

It is also interesting to note that the Twitter Blue service is listed on the App Store and it is not fully enabled for the users. Also, the company has not revealed when it is planning to roll out the service globally.
Twitter Blue exclusive features
As mentioned above Twitter Blue — the paid subscription service will offer some exclusive features to the users. The Twitter Blue subscribers will be allowed to customise the app as per their taste.
Users will be able to use various colour themes and other custom app icons. They will be allowed to choose from different colour themes like Red, Yellow, Purple and more. Along with the theme, users will also be able to change the app icon to Green, Pink, Purple, Orange and more colour options.
Twitter Blue users will also get an option to quickly undo tweets. They will also be allowed to create different collections of their favourite tweets. The users will also get a Read Mode which will arrange the long threads into readable format.
It is also said that the company is planning to introduce Twitter Blue with different subscription plans. Users who will take the higher subscription plans will be able to access more features.
